The Nigerian Authorities have announced the implementation of new regulations which require all cargo to Nigeria to be Palletized.
Attached please find the notification provided by the Ministry of Finance for further details, including the continued requirement for the Form M to be included on the Bill of Lading.
In the event the cargo was not palletized, the shipment might be re-exported back to the Shipper.
